Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@promptingclub.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@promptingclub.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@promptingclub.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with PromptingClub.
Each product is made to order, which means we don’t hold stock and start production once your purchase is confirmed. Please review the information below carefully.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To start a claim, please email us at contact@promptingclub.com with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the affected item(s)
Once your claim is approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)

Wrong size selection
-
Personalized or custom-made items
Please double-check your size, address, and order details before completing checkout.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center.
You’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Hygiene & Sealed Goods
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable once opened or used.
EU Customers
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
As our products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
Return Address
All returns are sent directly to our fulfillment partner’s facility. You’ll receive a notification when a return is received.
Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package.
