Order Fulfillment and Delivery Times

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful, which operates fulfillment centers worldwide.

Processing time:

It usually takes 3–7 business days to fulfill your order before it’s shipped out.


Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

 


Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, local postal services, and seasonal factors.

 


 

 

Shipping Origins

Your order will be shipped from the Printful facility that can fulfill and deliver it most efficiently based on your location. Printful has multiple production and distribution centers across the US, Europe, and other regions worldwide.

 


 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs and import taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country.

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

We have no control over these charges, and customs policies vary from country to country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 


If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

 

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.

  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package nearby.

 


If none of these steps help, please reach out to us at contact@promptingclub.com with your order number.

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can arrange a reshipment—however, you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


We’re very sorry if your product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please email us at contact@promptingclub.com within 7 days of receiving the item, including:

 

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

 


We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the error is on our or Printful’s side, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund.
